VISIT
Experience life on a heritage country estate from the babbling brooks to the draping hills and forests set amongst Pennsylvania wine country. There are over 1,000 acres of preserved land available to hike from our front door, and you can even hike to our sister farm, Wayvine Winery & Vineyard, to enjoy live music, wine, cocktails, food trucks and other events.

We live by the seasons, and there's plenty to do on Ethereal Farms and in the area. Visit in Spring to see flowers and meadows in bloom; Summer to enjoy hiking, fly fishing and golf; Autumn to see miles of forests turn yellow, orange and red, pick pumpkins and enjoy the local equestrian events; or Winter to cozy up inside, make s’mores and snow shoe across country.

We have two accommodations available, The Mill and The Loft. Both have been lovingly restored and renovated to provide a luxury experience with libraries, wine collections, and beautiful decor to provide a quiet retreat from everyday life. We are home to hundreds of variety of wildlife, and our own fur family of horses, cows, goats, dogs and cats, all of whom love visitors.
The Mill
The Mill is an 1800’s mill that has been renovated into a two bedroom luxury apartment with a full kitchen and access to a fire pit, a gym, and acres of hiking trails. It has a large library, wine collection, desk and work space, cabinet of games and activities and is set amidst bucolic wine country.
The Mill accommodates 4-8 guests.
The Loft
The Loft is a lush, modern plant filled retreat with a large library, wine collection, two desks and work spaces, and a cabinet of games and activities set amidst bucolic wine country. It has been renovated into a two bedroom luxury apartment with a small kitchen and access to a fire pit, a gym, and acres of hiking trails.
The Loft accommodates up to 4 guests.
