For an extra cozy touch, enjoy hot chocolate from the Keurig as you wind down beneath a star-filled sky. It’s a favorite experience year-round, whether on crisp winter nights or cool summer evenings.

Hiking Trails & Wildlife Watching

Nature lovers will feel right at home at Ethereal Farms. Our property is home to hundreds of species of wildlife, offering unforgettable moments throughout the year. Guests may spot endangered species such as bald eagles, blue herons, and flying squirrels, alongside deer, foxes, chipmunks, groundhogs, and, if you’re lucky, even an otter.

With miles of scenic trails, hiking and wildlife watching are always just steps from your door, making Ethereal Farms a sought-after Chester County nature getaway.

A stay at Ethereal Farms wouldn’t be complete without meeting our beloved animal residents. Explore the property to find Murphy & the Gang—Cleo, Fern, Popper, Jalapeña, Flora, Fauna, Pica, and Luca—along with our miniature donkeys Pip & Scooter, and our horses Chief, Candy, and Noble.

Please note that all fencing on the farm is electric for animal safety, so guests should admire from a distance and avoid touching the fence.

Wayvine Winery & Vineyard Experiences

Just down the road, our sister property Wayvine Winery & Vineyard offers one of the best wine country experiences in Pennsylvania. Cozy up with seasonal wines, handcrafted cocktails, and a top-notch beer selection while enjoying live music, food trucks, and a lively atmosphere.

Wayvine has locations in Nottingham and Kennett Square, with events happening year-round. Guests are encouraged to check the event schedule on our website.

Wellness & Fitness (The Loft Only)

For guests staying in The Loft, wellness is built right into the experience. The first floor of the garage features a fully equipped gym, offering a complete workout setup. Guests can access the gym from outside by using the stairs to the right, walking around the back, and entering through the double doors.

Also located in the garage is our state-of-the-art infrared sauna. Unlike traditional steam saunas, the infrared sauna uses near, mid, and far infrared waves to warm your body from the inside out, providing a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience year-round.

Biking Around the Farm

Explore Ethereal Farms on two wheels. We offer three adult bikes and one children’s bike for guest use, perfect for riding around the farm or biking to Wayvine Winery. Guests are asked to bring their own helmets.

Please message us a few days before check-in if you’d like to use the bikes so we can prepare them for your stay.

Games, Library, Crafts & Cozy Indoor Fun

Inside The Mill & The Loft, guests will find a thoughtfully stocked library, along with games, cards, coloring books, and creative activities. Poker is a beloved family tradition, and there’s something for every age to enjoy. Laura personally curates many of these activities, making them a meaningful part of the Ethereal Farms experience.

If you’d like to use the crafts, please let us know one week in advance so we can prepare everything for you.

Outdoor Fun, Grilling & Cornhole (The Mill Only)

Guests staying at The Mill can enjoy classic outdoor activities like cornhole, perfect for afternoons by the fire, picnics, or relaxed evenings outside.

The Mill also features a grill and smoker, complete with utensils and supplies. It’s ideal for enjoying a barbecue or farm-style dinner outdoors. Please let us know a few days before check-in if you’d like to use the grill so we can prepare it for your arrival.
